This license does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights to the user beyond what is stipulated in the contract.

4.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit any of the material related to AXA Engineers’ proprietary methodologies and tools, except as expressly permitted through written agreement or as specified in the terms of engagement.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees: Fees for our design, drafting, and any additional services will be provided during the service agreement process. You agree to pay all fees according to the payment terms presented to you.

5.2 Billing Information: AXA Engineers will provide detailed billing information in the contract and invoices provided to you for payment. This ensures transparency and clarity in the financial aspects of our service agreements.

6. Compliance with Laws

AXA Engineers se angajează să respecte toate legile și reglementările relevante din Vietnam, țările partenere și legislația internațională. Aceasta include menținerea standardelor de protecție a datelor, drepturile de proprietate intelectuală și etica profesională.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inginerii AXA nu vor fi răspunzători pentru niciun fel de daune indirecte, incidentale, speciale, pe cale de consecință sau punitive, sau pentru orice pierdere de profit sau venituri, indiferent dacă este suportată direct sau indirect, sau pentru orice pierdere de date, utilizare, fond comercial sau alte pierderi intangibile, care rezultă din:

• Accesul sau utilizarea sau incapacitatea de a accesa sau utiliza Serviciile.
• Orice acces, utilizare sau modificare neautorizată a transmisiilor sau a conținutului dvs.

8. Indemnification

Sunteți de acord să despăgubiți, să apărați și să exonerați de răspundere AXA Engineers, afiliații săi și ofițerii, directorii, angajații, agenții, licențiatorii și furnizorii acestora împotriva tuturor pretențiilor, pierderilor, răspunderilor, cheltuielilor, daunelor și costurilor, inclusiv onorariile rezonabile ale avocaților, care decurg din sau în legătură cu încălcarea acestor Termeni sau utilizarea de către dumneavoastră a Serviciilor.

Acești Termeni și orice litigii legate de aceștia vor fi guvernate și interpretate în conformitate cu legile din Vietnam, fără a ține cont de principiile sale privind conflictul de legi.

AXA Engineers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting and will apply to all access and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Termination

AXA Engineers își rezervă dreptul de a vă închide sau suspenda contul și accesul la Servicii la discreția noastră, fără notificare prealabilă, pentru un comportament despre care credem că încalcă acești Termeni sau este dăunător altor utilizatori, nouă, partenerilor noștri de afaceri sau intereselor oricărei alte terțe părți.
