Primii pași provocatori
Când AXA Engineers a fost înființată oficial în 2016, eram doar un mic grup de ingineri tineri și pasionați. Primele zile au fost departe de a fi ușoare, deoarece ne-am confruntat cu nenumărate provocări, de la găsirea de clienți și depășirea dificultăților financiare până la construirea unei echipe și perfecționarea fluxurilor noastre de lucru.
Pe o piață extrem de competitivă, afirmarea poziției unei companii nou înființate nu este ușoară. A trebuit să depunem eforturi neobosite pentru a ne dovedi capacitățile și unicitatea. Începând cu proiecte mici, ne-am construit treptat reputația prin calitatea serviciilor noastre și dedicarea noastră față de clienți.
Finanțele reprezintă întotdeauna o problemă semnificativă pentru startup-uri, iar AXA Engineers nu a făcut excepție. Am trecut prin momente dificile încercând să susținem operațiunile și să ne dezvoltăm. În plus, atragerea și reținerea talentelor a fost o provocare majoră. Cu toate acestea, tocmai aceste dificultăți ne-au ajutat să ne înțelegem mai bine, să ne adaptăm și să ne impunem. Am învățat cum să ne gestionăm finanțele în mod eficient și am construit o echipă coezivă și dedicată într-un loc de muncă pozitiv și plin de oportunități.
Inimi curajoase și entuziasmul tinereții
Looking back on our journey, AXA Engineers can’t help but feel proud and emotional. It’s a journey that started with hardships and challenges, but through sheer effort, brave hearts, and dreams of a brighter future, we have continually moved forward, facing challenges to grow and break through for a common ideal: “Bringing the knowledge and skills of Vietnamese engineers to conquer worldwide clients.”
One of the wonderful things about AXA Engineers is that we do not lack the enthusiasm and burning passion of youth. We believe that “challenges are opportunities,” and we dare to face them, change ourselves to grow better, and break through with every step we take. We are not only AXA Engineers’s engineers, but we also represent the image of Vietnamese engineers. Therefore, continuous effort and learning help us elevate our own value, create more opportunities to demonstrate the talent of Vietnamese engineers, and contribute to bringing more job opportunities back to our homeland, Vietnam.
There’s a great saying: “It’s not important what you do, but how you do it.” The challenges and difficulties have helped us realize who we are, what we need to do, and how we need to change. We understand that excellent professional skills, meticulousness, dedication in every drawing, and an open mindset are the strongest foundations for AXA Engineers to grow stronger and reach further in our vision.

Cu aspirațiile și visele tinerilor, lucrăm întotdeauna cu sârguință, depunem tot efortul și ne îmbunătățim continuu în fiecare zi. Prețuim fiecare oportunitate și provocare care ne iese în cale, deoarece ne-au ajutat să creștem, să ne înțelegem valoarea și să obținem realizări mândre.
În ultimii 8 ani, AXA Engineers a finalizat numeroase proiecte, mari sau mici, oferind servicii și calitate care depășesc așteptările clienților, construind în același timp încredere și relații solide și strânse cu aceștia. Încă de la primii pași, ne punem amprenta în multe locuri de pe harta mondială a designului, contribuind cu o valoare semnificativă și o dezvoltare durabilă pentru membrii și clienții noștri.
Additionally, we have made significant improvements and changes in our corporate culture and systems. AXA Engineers aims to build a happy enterprise where everyone can pursue their passion, have ample opportunities for learning and growth, and where every effort and contribution is recognized and appreciated. Every member can live and work in an environment full of kindness and love. This is also one of the foundations that helps us have a united team, striving together to create sustainable value.

But luckily, on our journey to realize our dreams and ambitions, AXA Engineers has had the chance to meet and accompany a talented, passionate team always striving for a bright future. We understand that, to move further on the road ahead, we need not only to hone our professional knowledge but, more importantly, to have determination, mutual effort, and companionship toward a common goal and ideal.
AXA Engineers deeply appreciates and values every effort and endeavor of its members. AXA Engineers knows how hard the AXA Engineers family members have worked, how they have tried, and how they have faced and overcome challenges. AXA Engineers wants to send the most sincere and profound thanks to our members and teammates because we have always been there for each other, always striving for one another, and always dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly. It is because of our members that AXA Engineers is growing stronger day by day.
Sărbătorim 8 ani
To commemorate this important and memorable milestone, the AXA Engineers family organized a short trip to have some fun together and enjoy a cozy party. This was not only an opportunity for us to rest and relax, but also strengthen our unity and understanding of each other. We also had the chance to reminisce about the beautiful memories from the past 8 years, sharing stories and moments we’ve experienced together.
A touching moment during the event was when AXA Engineers listened to the heartfelt sentiments from members about AXA Engineers, as well as their congratulations and determination to strive together for future goals.
AXA Engineers also wants to thank each member for their sincere feelings and contributions to AXA Engineers. We have witnessed each other’s growth over the years, always being there for one another during every event. We hope to continue accompanying and striving together on the next journey, achieving new accomplishments side by side.

Eight years have passed, but AXA Engineers’s journey continues. We are constantly improving every day to bring as many development opportunities as possible to our members, as well as delivering greater value to our clients and the community.
AXA Engineers knows that the path to future growth and breakthroughs will present many challenges.
